Hello and welcome to our forums,
Yes, it is possible to achieve that.
Please note, however, that by default the Quick Launch Bar is no longer available starting with Windows 7.
In order to achieve what you want, please proceed as it follows:
- manually create the following path in "Files and Folders" page:
- now please right click on your EXE --> "New shortcut to" --> "Installed File" --> select the earlier created folder
After doing so, the shortcut should be added to the "Quick Launch Bar" as shown in the above screenshot.

- Folder.png (52.12 KiB) Viewed 878 times
After doing so, the shortcut should be added to the "Quick Launch Bar" as shown in the above screenshot.
