Installer in VM

Hello,

I'm trying to test run an installer of size 0.46GB in a VM with 1 vCPU and 1GiB A series, which has a VHD of 2.5 GB with LZMA encryption. But its taking time to start the installer, around 10-30 secs. Would it be possible to display a splash screen before the installer starts? I've tried to check if its possible to a new dialog in exe bootstrapper, but unable to add it. Please let me know what can be done here.

When you are launching your installer, it takes 10 to 30 seconds to spawn the first dialog (e.g. "PrepareDlg" or whatever your first dialog may be)?
