License not working as of yesterday

We have been running Advanced Installer with a floating Enterprise license for 9 years.

But yesterday we started getting the error:
This type of project requires an Advanced Installer professional license.
You may use it for evaluation purpose ONLY, for a trial period of 30 days.
After that, the Build operation will stop working.
Days left in your trial period: 0.

Now, we get this from time to time and run Advinstlicenseserver.exe with the port & key and it works again.

But not yesterday & today.

Ideas?

Hello and welcome to out forums.

This may happen if your machine hardware configuration has changed. Our license file is computer specific and each time your machine hardware configuration changes the license become invalid and Advanced Installer reverts to trial mode.

The solution in this case is to register the license again as you did. If the online registration fails, then just forward us by email at support at advancedinstaller dot com your floating license key and we will generate and send you back a license file by email.
