VS 2019 files flagged as "Content" aren't being loaded anywhere in AIP project?

I have many files tagged as "Content" in VS 2019 and expected to be able create a Folder in AIP project and then have some means to reference all the files as "Content files" (similar to how MS Setup Projects works), but I can't seem to find that option?

Do I have to manually add all VS 2019 "Content" flagged files to my AIP? Was hoping an easier automated process?

UPDATE:

I was able to add the files manually (drag and drop) so I'm assuming that flagging VS 2019 project files as "Content" is not supported.
