Installer not working for 1 user

We have an installer which just one customer is unable to run.
The user had an earlier version of the same product which was installed successfully. After removing the old version, the new version does not install.
On investigation, the old version seemed not to have uninstalled properly so the user ran the Microsoft Fix-It tool to clean up the installation.

Having done this the new version still won't install and I cannot determine anything meaningful related to the problem from the MSI log file which I have included below: -

Re: Installer not working for 1 user

Hello,

Unfortunately, the provided part of the log does not quite give enough information.

If possible, could you please forward me the entire log by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com so I can further investigate it and see if I can find anything?

Best regards,
Catalin
