It seems that the DLL checking for an active internet connection is failing, but I'm not sure why. Can you please tell me what version of Advanced Installer do you use? Also, can you reproduce this problem on multiple machines? If so, can you please create a debug log using the example below and send it to support at advancedinstaller dot com, so we can investigate it?

Hi,

Can you please extract the attached debug DLL file in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Caphyon\Advanced Installer 18.0\custact\x86\" folder, then rebuild and retest your package?

Please create a verbose log during the test on a problematic machine and send it to me again. Also, can you please tell me the exact Windows version of a machine where this problem appears?
