AI_IIsConfig custom action fails with error code 1603

Dear Advanced Installer Support Team,

One of our customers just sent an install log for us, I´m forwarding it to you. Could you please take a look at it? I´m not sure what the installation fails on their side, in theory they don´t do anything special but performing an average installation of our product.

Hello Zsolt,

The log file, unfortunately, does not really give much information about why the IIS configuration is failing.

However, this error may be encountered if, on the user's machine, there are OS Updates pending.

Could you please check that and let me know if that is the case for your user?
