I use AI 14.4.1 enterprise
first time installation all dialog items are shown e.g. in German on a German system.
But when using that same installation to update from a previous version of that product all is shown in English.
What is wrong here?
It seems SystemLanguageID is not set

This might happen if the "Automatically use the previous version's language if installed option" is checked in your project and the previous version was installed in English.
If that is not the case, please give me some more details about your scenario so I can further investigate this.
