First of all, please accept my apologies for the delayed reply.
From what I can see, this error occurs when you are trying to build the WiX project from Visual Studio - please correct me if I'm wrong.
If possible, could you please give me some more details about your scenario, as I'm afraid only the screenshot does not suffice. Did you first try to import the project in Advanced Installer?
