Deploy an msi through GPO got wrong msi language

Hi,
I'm using GPO to deploy msi file and the server system is english language, but after I assign an msi package the msi properties panel got the wrong language as "Arabic". Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks!!

Unfortunately, I can not say for sure why this is happening.

In order for me to further investigate this, could you please forward me the following:

- a copy of the .AIP file

- a download link for the setup

- a step by step test case which I can follow in order to reproduce this
