Updater - Connection to the server cannot be established

For a small percentage of my customers, they are getting a Connection to the server cannot be established with the updater.

The OS's have been Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11.

We can not replicate.

For the computer literate customers, they verified that TLS 1.2 was enabled. I also gave them a link to the update file to see if they could pull up in their web browser and it comes up, which means they can reach it.

Enterprise version of 19.8.1

I just received response this morning and I responded.

On a customer's Windows 2008 Server (original, not R2), their Chrome could access the update.txt file over SSL. Their Internet Explorer could not. No option for TLS 1.1 or 1.2.
