Unable to reach Advanced Installer support by e-mail

I'm unable to reach Advanced Installer support by e-mail:

From different e-mail addresses and IPs i keep getting:
support@advancedinstaller.com
Remote Server returned '550 5.7.514 Decision Engine classified the mail item was rejected because of IP Block (from outbound normal IP pools) -> 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [<my ip>] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org'
It seems to me that the spamhaus configuration is set to strict?

Please accept my apologies for this inconvenience. We recently had some issues with our email server.

That should be fixed now, though.
