Property can not be empty-assigned without comment

Steps to reproduce the bug I experienced:
  1. Property View:
    Right click - New Property
    Name: XYZ
Value: [EMPTY, thus delete everything in this field]
  2. Expected behavior: "OK" button is pressable.
Actual behavior: "OK" Button is grayed out and NOT pressable.
Dirty fix: A solution that I found to make the "OK" button pressable is to write something into the "Comments" field for whatever reason. But why is this required? My property names are usually descriptive enough on their own. Is this because Advanced Installer Properties do not need to be defined as opposed to variables in order to use them? I myself would prefer to define them empty even if I do not need to.
A post I found related to this: viewtopic.php?t=19756

Thanks in advance,
Johannes

Hello Johannes,

Please note that's not a bug, but by design.

By default, properties could not have been created empty in the past, so we added this "Comment" feature that allows you to create one.

As a new AI user, this design decision unfortunately makes not much sense, and a corresponding hint when trying to creating a new empty-valued variable would have been very welcome.

Hello Johannes,

You are indeed right! Perhaps the UX is not the greatest with this feature.

I will discuss this with our developer to see how we can improve this.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
