Trying to pass command line switch

I'm using the simple install to deploy an exe as an msi. I need to pass a command line switch used in the exe to the package. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough but is this possible?

Can you be a little more specific? Where do you want to use that command line?
Will your EXE be launched during the installation?
