Windows Firewall configuration Error (Vista)

Every time I run an installer package built with AI, the install is interrupted and the rolled back.
This is only seems to be happening on Vista machines. It always errors on the Windows Firewall Configuration.

The error it gives is...

There was an error during the Windows Firewall configuration process.
Your original Firewall configuration will be restored.

I have tried to upload the log file, but it tells me that

The extension txt is not allowed.

Here is a few lines of the file...

Hi,

I'm not sure why you are encountering this behavior. Does this happen on multiple Vista machines? If so, can you please send us the .AIP (project) file you are using to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate it?

Sorry, i have the same issue but it only happens over some Windows 10 Home 1803.

Hello and welcome to our forums,

This could happen if your setup package is built with an older version of Advanced Installer and the Windows Firewall service is off.

Can you please send us the .AIP (setup project) file and a verbose log of the installation by email to support at advancedinstaller dot com alongside a step by step test case we can follow so we can further test and investigate this?
