Shortcuts disappear

My application has a shortcut to both it's executable and to a PDF that is installed.

If I create a shortcut to an "Installed file" the shortcut works just fine, but as soon as the PC reboots, the shortcut on the desktop is gone.

I read the posts here and created the shortcut to an "External File" but then the shortcut did not even appear on the desktop.

Hi,

Could you please try installing your package on other machines?

If the problem still persists please send me the .aip file and a verbose log file to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate the problem.

Please note that the target for a shortcut to an External File should contain at least a property.
