Why Program File(86)

Hey
Why does the installer persist in placing my files in Program Files (86) when i have specifically set them to be in Program files? I need a way for force the files in Program files and not (86)
Thanks

Hello,
That happens because your package type is probably set to
"32-bit"
, instead of
"64-bit"
(in
"Install Parameters"
page).
When this happens, on a 64-bit machine, the setup will choose the 32-bit location. This, in our case, is the
Program Files(x86)
folder.
Best regards,
Catalin
