This is not supported. Can you please give me more details about why you would need it? The installer should load quickly, a splash screen is usually not required.

Hello,

As my colleague mentioned in previous post this is not supported. In order to achieve this, for a msi installer, you can build your own custom action which will post a splash screen. Also, the custom action should be scheduled before "Wizard Dialogs Stage" -> "PrepareDlg" standard action.

Please keep in mind that custom actions are actions entirely defined by the user. They can be executable files, dynamic linked libraries, Visual Basic scripts or JavaScript files. So, you can develop your own custom action in order to achieve what you want.
