Installer has insufficient privileges

I am creating a per machine installer and getting the attached error. I am running as administrator as well

Hi,

This problem may appear if you don't use an administrator account to run the installation. Otherwise, can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation so we can investigate them?
