Hello,
Can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?
Also please try to manually launch the executable launched through your LaunchFile action and see what exit code it returns. Please note that all exit code different than 0 are interpreted as a failure by Windows Installer and thus the installation fails.
