Calling 3rd Party Installers During Installation

I am trying to use Advanced Installer to build a single file installer that I can give to my customers that will handle running multiple other installers during the installation process. I have tried adding my 3rd party installers to the Files and Folders page in the Application Folder section and then calling the "setup.exe" 3rd party installer as a Custom Action (Launch installed file), but when the Advanced Installer installation runs it launches my 3rd party installer and just sits there, neither installer doing anything. I'm hoping someone can give me a few pointers. I apologize if this question has been answered elsewhere on the forum.
