Multips Config changes - script it?

Hi,

I have a web application where AI is the installer creator.
There are changes planned to the URLs of each of the 41 components of the application where 50 config files will have to
receive the same change (followed by another two separate changes). Essentially this is a url wording change to web.config (xml)
files as a new virtual directory is being put into place and extends the URLs.

I'm thinking of some kind of search and replace but not seen how to do that with installer. I have used a simple search and replace on
the actual working model on the IIS server.

Unless there is a better way to do it?

Did you try the "Text File Update" feature from the "Files and Folders" page which also has a "search and replace" function?
