You can use Advanced Installer to create an installer that will edit some registries on the target machine. For details, please take a look on the Add registry keys and values to your package
But please note that the error you are receiving is due to the fact that these values have a security measure implemented in the form of that hash. Default Browser Settings are protected by a hash value to indicate that it is a preference that the user set themselves through the UI. This is why I do not recommend doing this for your users as it should be their choice what Default Browser to use.
