MsiMsp.exe failed to create the patch file

Hello,

While creating patch file we are getting below error. we installed all required softwares and followed patch rules but still we are getting same error.

Checking builds status... done.
Build required.
Building package: C:\Users\h.appala\Desktop\latest\PATCH\VPDA-Client_Patch-SetupFiles\VPDA-Client_Patch.msp
Running MSI patch compatibility tests... done.
Creating PCP database... done.
Creating MSP... error.
MsiMsp.exe failed to create the patch file.

Build finished because an error was encountered.

Hi Hariprasad and welcome to Advanced Installer forums.

I'm not sure why you encounter this problem, however, you can try to get rid of it by trying the solutions below:
1. Test this on another machine to make sure this is not a project-related problem.
2. Try to see if that path exists ('C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\~pcw_tmp.tmp') delete it then try to build the patch again.
3. The most common reason is that some other process, like a virus scanner, is locking files and folders and preventing the patch building. Try excluding the %TEMP% directory from real-time virus scanning or even disable the antivirus when the patch is building and see if it works.

I have tried the above solutions and I created patch too. But while installing patch there comes an error. I attached the screenshot of the document along with this.
Will you please check and try to give a solution.
