Unable to load project correctly!

Hello,
I've been using for about a week, and today when I attempt to open my project or the backup project I receive.
.aiproj : error : Unable to load project correctly! You need Advanced Installer to version 14.6 or higher.

It opened last time I used it. I've closed vs2017 all occurrences, disabled, reenabled Advanced Installer, and still I can't load the project. I have 14.6 installed and that hasn't changed.

Any advice appreciated.

uninstalled windows advanced installer (it was 14.5), and reinstalled 14.6 and working now.
