Adding new build will break the custom dialog

Hi, I've authored a functional ai installer with a custom UI (defaultbuild). I added an additional build and compiled it. But when I run the newly build setup file, it will show a nonfunctional Install dialog. see the attachment.

Clicking the install button doesn't trigger anything. What happen?

Note: The only way for me to fix this problem is by switching to other theme first and set it as current, causing all the custom changes to disappear. And then I have to switch back to the Surface theme and redo all the changes, manually.
