Service automatic start

Hi,

I have my service set to "automatic" start and it auto starts on reboot for Windows 7 and Windows 8, but does NOT start on Windows 10.

However when I manually set the service to "automatic delayed" start (using the service control manager) and reboot ...it starts on Windows 10.

Is there a way I can set the service to "automatic delayed" start in Advanced Installer?

Re: Service automatic start

Hello Mike,

This should be easily achieved by using a service configure operation in "Services" page. Just go to "Services" page and add a new configure operation configured like this:
  • Service name: <service_name>
Setting To Change: Time delay of an auto-start service
    Value: 1
Hope this helped.

All the best,
Daniel
