Downgrade.

Hi,
I just wanted to ask that if I made a custom action to backup all the files of an older version during the installation of a newer version ,is there any way to downgrade or roll back to the older version by using the modify option in control panel ?

Hello Abdul,

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can reinstall the old product only by making use of its original setup package.
