Hello Ahmed,

This can be achieved by checking the "During installation rollback" radio button, under the "Execution Time".

In order to achieve this, you can go to "Custom Actions" page, select your "LaunchFile" custom action and, under "Execution Time", select the "During installation rollback" radio button.
