limit feature install options

Is there a way to set a sub-feature so that it only has two options: "Installed Locally" or "Not Installed"?

We don't really have a way to perform the "Install When Needed" or the other option (I don't have them up in front of me right now). So I don't want to confuse the user...either Install or Not.

The only workaround solution would be to create your own custom feature selection dialog. Have a look on our "How to show a custom feature selection dialog" help article.
