(CLI) Set Feature Properties

I'm building an installer using mostly dynamic resources, and I have been able to manage most things through the command line except one (what I feel is a very, very basic) thing: setting a Feature's Properties.
I can see only two commands:
/NewFeature <featureName>, and
/SetCurrentFeature <featureName>
Neither of these allow setting properties such as Description, Installation behaviour, Installation settings, or Advertise settings.

I cannot imagine that this feature doesn't exist, so can somebody please tell me where to find it?

Indeed currently our CLI support does not have the options you require. I have noted down your request and maybe such improvement will be available in the future, thank you for your suggestion.
