Hello,
I have the enterprise edition of Advanced Installer and I am looking to add a dialog that allows customer's to purchase the software from the installer. In other words, the installer starts with a dialog that the user can enter credit card and other information to purchase the software. On top of that, I would like for the software to be licensed. In other words, the buys the software and every year they are charged, prompted to pay, or enter a license key in order to continue using the software. Can both of these features be implemented using Advanced Installer? If so, how can this be done?

In what regards the application licensing, you can have a look on our "Application Trial and Licensing" article. At the bottom of that article, you can also find a tutorial which I think you may find useful.
In what regards the dialog, you can try to create your own web page which you can access using a HTML Host Control (where the user can insert the purchase information).
