Suspicious requests from AdvancedInstaller MSI

Hi,

I’m using your last trial version and I see some suspicious requests.
What is : "t1.symcb.com" and "t2.symcb.com" ?:

Can you please give me an official answer regarding this matter?

Hello Nicolae and welcome to our forums,

First of all, thank you for your interest in Advanced Installer.

In what regards this behavior, this may happen if you are using our support for "Digital Signatures", together with a Symantec certificate. By doing so, Advanced Installer may try to perform those requests in order to verify the timestamp of the certificate.

If so, could you please disable the digital signature support (by going to the "Digital Signatures" page --> uncheck the "Enable signing" option) and let me know if the behavior still persists?

Thanks for your followup on this.

Unfortunately, as for this moment, I am not aware of what else could cause such requests to be done.

Could you please tell me when do these requests are done? Are they done when you use Advanced Installer (like when you are trying to create a project and so on)? Or are they done when deploying a package that was built using Advanced Installer (e.g. when you try to install a setup after it was built with Advanced Installer)?
