Problem with Shortcut Error

I have an installation that is coming up with the following error - only occurs once the application has been installed and I run the installer again - so it's when it is being uninstalled! ... I cannot find a reason for this??? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I can not tell why this happens without at least having a look over the log file.

Could you please forward me the verbose log by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com of the upgrade process so I can investigate it?
