We are building installer using 16.0 version. We would appreciate if you can provide steps to configure registry (and any other items) to give access of installed applications to all user profiles of system. So any user logged in in the system can access the application all areas including shortcut.

Hello,
In order to achieve this, you may need a per-machine installation. As its name suggests, a per-machine installation means that all users from a machine will have access to your application.
This can be configured from "Install Parameters" page --> "Installation Options" --> "Installation Type".
In what regards the registries, if you want to store data for all users, the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hive can be used.
