Build Project in Another Computer

Hello guy.can you help me?
I am trying to build an office addin [excel] project that can run on other PCs with some settings
-excel 2013
-.netframework4.5
-anyCPU (32bit and 64bit)
it working Fine in my computer but when i send the .exe file to their computer.
I get the message in COM Addin as below image
Am I missing any steps?

I am not quite sure why you encounter this behavior.

In order for me to further investigate this issue, could you please forward me the following:

1. the .AIP file

2. a download link for the setup built with the above specified .AIP file

by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com?
