Update ONLY minimum prerequisite version via cmd

Hello,

I build installer using cmd commands for AdvancedInstaller project.
I have Advanced Installer version 17.2.
Is there any way to update ONLY minimum feature-based prerequisite version via cmd?

Also when I use Update Prerequisite Option https://www.advancedinstaller.com/user- ... isite.html it creates new PreReqSearchComponent record in .aip file, not updates old one.

Hello Tanya,

I have run a few tests on our end and you are indeed right.

When using the /UpdatePrerequisite option, a new search will be added instead of the already existing one being updated.

I have added this improvement on our TODO list and hopefully this will be added in a future version of Advanced Installer.

Until then, I'm afraid the only workaround would be deleting the prerequisite (/DeletePrerequisite) and adding it once again with the configured version for your search (/NewPrerequisite).
