error code 1603 - Again looks like....

For some reason my installer doesn't work anymore and I can't find why. Older versions work but new not.

Hello, I'm your 32bit Elevated Non-remapped custom action server.
CustomAction AI_JsonConfig returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
Action ended 12:52:02: InstallExecute. Return value 3.

Log attached. Any help appreciated.

Hello Marcin,

Unfortunately, I can not really say why this is happening (the log file does not really ofer many details, beside the custom action that fails).

This looks to be a proprietary custom action of ours that deals with JSON files.

Are you able to replicate this behavior on multiple machines (e.g. on a clean VM)?

If that is the case, could you please forward me the following resources:

- a copy of your .AIP file

- a download link for the setup

by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com so I can further investigate this?

First of all, are you able to constantly reproduce this, or is this happening sporadically?

I have had a look over the log file, but I'm afraid I couldn't find much, besides the custom action failing.

If possible, could you please forward me:

- a copy of your .AIP file

- a download link for the setup

by email at support at advancedinstaller dot com so I can further test and investigate this?
