Is it possible to publish a Windows Service to the Windows Store?
If it is, how one can procceed?

First of all, please note that only MSIX packages are allowed on Microsoft Store (at least for now).
With that being said, please have a look over the following articles which explain how to create an MSIX package for your service and how to upload the MSIX package to the store:

2. How to publish your MSIX package to the Microsoft Store?
In addition to this, please also have a look over the following article (as Microsoft seems to want to also allow MSI and EXEs to be uploaded in the Store in the upcoming future):
