Good day!
I selected .NET Framework 3.5 (not web) in advanced Installer prerequisites of my project. But this framework wasn't installed in Win11 during installation execution. Manual installation of .NET Framework 3.5 from full installation exe-file has worked fine. But it required additional unknown files download in Win11. This files download is may be a reason...

Hello and welcome to our forums,
This happens because the Windows 11 OS is not selected by default for this prerequisite.
Can you please go to the Install Conditions tab --> Supported Windows Versions section and check the Windows 11 x64 version?
After this the prerequisite should be installed as expected on Windows 11.
