I'm getting the following error when building on my local machine. In Azure Devops, the build process just stalls.

Unfortunately, I can not really say why that is happening.
That error seems to be a generic error, as I have never heard of it happening during the build process.
If possible, could you please give me some more details (e.g. how you are building this locally/some screenshots of the error)?
Additionally, are you able to reproduce this on multiple machines (e.g. clean Virtual Machines), or is it specific to your machine only?
