SQL Server Express ignoring all Parameters/Arguments

Hi all,

i am relay going mad over this. In one of my Installers i have an SQL Server 2022 Express as Prerequisite. So far all is working fine exept the fact that the setup is ignoring all Paramters/Arguments that in add.
I will add an Screenshot of my settings.
I realy don`t know what i am doing wrong.

Hello and welcome to our forums,

Please note that the SQL installer is a bit different from other installers in the sense that the installer itself is an EXE wrapper that then downloads the other resources and so on.

Install SQL Server 2017 Silently/with BasicUI

The above article explains how to install SQL Server 2017 silently. Although it is not the exact same scenario as for you, I believe it might be helpful.

Could you please take a look over that and let me know if it helps?

In addition to the article, please also try to launch the SQL Server setup with the exact parameters and see if that works. You can do so from cmd.exe.

If the manual installation does not work, then it is something related to either the package itself (as explained above) or the parameters. I would say it's the first one as the parameters look correct.
