First of all, thank you for your patience.
After further investigating this, I came to the conclusion that this is the normal behavior. Please keep in mind that enabling the "Install support service" option prepares the package to support the installation of updates without elevation on restricted user accounts. This option handles the automatic addition, in the project, of the updater service in Services page and of a predefined custom action in "InstallExecuteSequence" table that configures the updater. Additionally, all the updates are done silently.
On the other hand, please keep in mind that in case your application is installed silent or with Basic UI, then the Analytics will not send any data since there is no LicenseAgreementDlg displayed. In this case, you should select the "Always" option from the "Analytics" page. For more information, please have a look on our "Analytics Page" article.
