Installer Analytics and Patches

Please update the analytics so that patch installs are reported. We make extensive use of patches due to the size of our application and the low bandwidth of our customers. When making the patches we ensure that the new version msi also includes the reference to the same application id, it just seems that nothing gets communicated when a patch is installed.

Indeed, we do not display patch installations. We have added an improvement on our TODO list and this will be available in a future version of Installer Analytics. We will update the forum thread as soon as the option will be available. Thank you for your suggestion.

Patch installs are now visible in installs and user base reports. Also patch versions should appear in the versions filter dropdown.

Patches are now reported, but we cannot filter reports by the patch version.
