Uninstallation error

I have attached the installer project created with the latest version, 21.0.1, on Windows 11. I am facing the following issue: after installing using a command line (Test.App.exe /exenoui /qn), uninstalling from 'Programs and Features' shows the following error message.

Re: Uninstallation error

Hello and welcome to our forums,

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.

I've been able to reproduce it. It seems to be generated by the Enhanced User Interface option from the Themes page.

I have forwarded this to our development team and this will be fixed in a future version of Advanced Installer. As soon as the fix will be released we will notify you.

We understand the impact it has on your experience, and we are committed to delivering a resolution as quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Best regards,
Liviu

The output .exe has been detected as virus by Kaspersky Antivirus

Re: Uninstallation error

Hello,

Most likely, this is a false-positive detection.

What I would suggest is adding the output folder in your project as an exception to Karspersky and then, before delivering the setup to your clients, submit the file for whitelisting - this shouldn't take much considering it's a false positive.

Hope this helps!
