After I created an installer, when running it in Window 7 with SP1, I got error 1.

Strange installation problem
Hello,
After I created an installer, when running it in Window 7 with SP1, I got error 1.
When I continue installation, error 2 is shown, rollbacking all the installation after continuing.
What may be causing this? Please give me some advice.

Unfortunately, I can not tell why this happens without having a look at it. In order for me to further investigate this, could you please forward me a copy of your .AIP file and a verbose log by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com?
Also, does this behavior replicates only on Windows 7 SP1 or it replicates on more OSs?
