One of our customers is not able to install our product due an error dialog on the screen. I'll attach a screenshot about the error. Also I'm sending over the install log for you.
Could you please take a look and advice us something?

I cannot say for sure why this error appears, but since it appears only on one machine it seems to be caused by some settings from that machine.
The log file that you sent shows the error code 0x80070005 which means "Access denied" and it usually occurs because of lack of permissions. You may be able to fix this by trying the options below:
- restart the machine
- disable the antivirus and the firewall during the installation
- if that assembly file requires a specific version of VC++ or .NET Framework, make sure that those versions are installed on the machine
- make sure that the "C:\Windows\winsxs\InstallTemp" folder has "Full Control" permissions set for the "SYSTEM" account
