Bug on License request when using the new Outlook

I created a .msi enterprise installer with a trial and tried to request a license by clicking the "Request a license (request code: ...)", using the new Outlook as my default email desktop app opens multiple window and prompts an error instead of creating the template message for requesting a license. This only happens on the new Outlook.

I can't tell for sure why this is happening.

if possible, could you please forward me the following resources:

- a copy of the AIP file

- a download link for the MSI package

by email at support at advancedinstaller dot com so I can run some tests and further investigate this?
