limit context menu entry to drive

Adding a context menu entry is really easy and is working as it should. But is there a way to limit the context menu entry to a definable drive letter and its sub directories? For example I want the entry only if I open the context menu on drive v:\ and its sub directories.

To be quite honest with you, I am not really sure this is possible, but I will discuss this with our dev team to see whether such reqest can be implemented or not.
