Web Installer

I have created a Multi-Language Web Installer build that downloads an MSI with one CAB containing all the features. The problem I am experiencing is that, when downloading the MSI, the installer shows a small window with text that I cannot seem to be able to translate or change. It also appears to lack some information, making the text look incomplete. I have attached a screenshot of this window so it is clear what I mean (the text is in German because it is the default installation language).

Hello and welcome to our forums,

This dialog is displayed by Windows Installer.

I recommend using Web Installer with LZMA Compression. This way, you can have any user interface you want.

Well, using LZMA Compression makes this dialog blink for a short period of time (probably because the download is faster).
